Sprine Corporation is committed to protecting your privacy. Sprine also abides by the European Union/United States Safe Harbor Framework.

In general, you do not have to give us any information when visiting this site. We may request personally identifiable information when we have to communicate to process a request or order, in connection with a job application or provide you better service.

This policy describes the ways personally identifiable and anonymous information about you may be collected, our information sharing practices, and how you may request changes to the way this information is shared.

Personally identifiable information we may collect

We collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us, sign up for email newsletters, participate in surveys, request a white paper or to otherwise communicate with us. Several of the services that we offer, including but not limited to file downloads and white papers requires you to register as a condition of use. When you register with us you are no longer anonymous.

Anonymous Information we may collect

We may collect your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and/or to administer or to improve usability of the site. This collection may also be used to gather statistics on parts of the sites you are using. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. Like many other web sites, Sprine sites may use cookies to improve your online experience with us. For example, we may use a cookie to identify members so they don't have to re-enter a user-id and password when they wish to download a whitepaper or are viewing their project resources and deliverables.

By allowing us to better understand how users interact with the site over time, cookies also help us improve your experience and deliver more relevant content to you. However, our cookies do not contain any information that is, in itself, personally identifying.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but allow you to modify security settings so you can approve or reject cookies on a case-by-case basis. You may also use software to delete cookies.

Sharing your information
Unless it is for the purposes you have requested or originally agreed, Sprine will not share the personal information you provide with any other parties, except:
(a) with your consent; (b) as may be required by law or court order; (c) to persons or companies with whom Sprine contracts to carry out the internal operations of the website or our business or (d) under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety or property of our users, the public, or ourselves.

Changes to the Sprine’s privacy policy
This privacy policy may be changed from time to time. Any modifications to our privacy policy will be reflected first on this page, so check back often. If there is a significant change, we will indicate on our sites that our privacy policy has changed and provide a link to the new policy.
